What’s Current November 2022

November 2022

Welcome to the November edition of our newsletter, What’s Current. With finals and the winter break rapidly approaching, I want to pause to say just how thankful I am for our Anderson community. I’m grateful for the creative and inclusive spirit that infuses our research and teaching, and for the innovation, hard work and caring demonstrated again and again by our staff, students, alumni and donors. I’m proud every day to be part of this school and our broader Anderson community. Thank you for all you do. In this month’s newsletter, you’ll find items about recent Anderson events, including the Embracing Diversity and Tech + Society conferences, the Venture Accelerator’s latest showcase and our students’ annual Diwali
celebration. One of our newest faculty members talks about her popular new course, which teaches students how to use game theory to simplify complex situations. And we share stories and podcasts about Anderson alumni, including several New York City-based grads who volunteered to help at our recent celebration of the 2022 Gerald Loeb Awards for outstanding business journalism.
