Dylan Stafford has been accountable for UCLA Anderson FEMBA program admissions since 2003. Dylan has overseen 70% program growth from a student body under 600 to now almost 1,000 part-time MBA students, making FEMBA the #2 graduate program student body in all of UCLA. Some of the programs that Dylan has created include SuperSaturday Admission Interviews (5,956 interviews to-date conducted by 1,603 volunteers), the FEMBAssador core of student leaders, and FEMBApalooza, an annual all-student, culture-building soiree. Since 1996, in Bloomberg BusinessWeek and US News & World Report, FEMBA has been ranked from #1 to #6 in the nation, never lower. FEMBA consistently earns top marks for Student Satisfaction, Caliber of Classmates and Teaching Quality.

Before UCLA, Dylan was a Change Management Consultant and International Human Resources Manager for Siemens AG, Europe’s largest engineering conglomerate and one of the world’s biggest companies. He began in the Silicon Valley, and was promoted to a three year assignment at the global headquarters in Munich, Germany, where he founded InterGreat!, a social-networking platform for high-potential European managers.

Dylan earned his MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and served on the Ross Volunteers, the Honor Guard of the Governor of Texas. He speaks German and Spanish.

Currently, Dylan is writing his second book, Building a Winning Organization: Falling in Love with Leadership. In 2010, his first book Daddy Muscles: a First-Time Father’s Diary of Marriage, Pregnancy, Parenthood and a Second Chance to Become a Real Man was released.

Chris joined UCLA Anderson as an Associate Director of Admissions for the Fully Employed MBA Program in late 2015. A native of Palm Springs, Chris graduated from University of California, Riverside with a B.A. in Business Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. Chris has held leadership positions in various cross-functional, strategic and public facing roles in for-profit and non-profit educational settings in Southern California. He is experienced in the areas of product development, e-learning, mentoring, operations and outreach. Chris has always taken a deep interest in developing close relationships with his colleagues, meeting new people and he truly enjoys positively impacting all those around him.

Raymond has been with UCLA Anderson since August 2007 shortly after completing his degree in Economics from UC Irvine. Hired as a marketing associate with Executive Education, he expanded his role to include supervision of the CRM database system, sales, operations and program management having a hand in every aspect of the department. Looking to continue to focus his career on marketing, Raymond stepped into the role of Marketing & Communications Manager with the Fully Employed MBA Program in November 2011. In charge of a complete rebrand of the program focusing on the students and their experiences, he executed a thorough website redesign to complement a new approach to recruitment making it easier for prospective students to gain further information regardless of their stage in the application process. After helping bring in two of the largest class sizes in program history in 2014 and 2015, Raymond was promoted to Associate Director of Admissions & Marketing in August 2015 and continues to enjoy meeting, recruiting and making an impact on hundreds of students every year.

Christy has been a proud member of the UCLA Anderson staff since 2010 and has a total of 14 years of experience in admissions and recruiting. She is currently the Associate Director of Admissions Outreach for the Fully Employed MBA program, focusing on diversity outreach and corporate relationship management. Christy earned her BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and MA in Guidance & Counseling from Loyola Marymount University, which reflects her passion for learning about people and helping them achieve their goals. She enjoys guiding prospective students throughout the admissions process starting from the exploration stage and has a particular interest in working with women and underrepresented identity groups.

Cynthia Summerville joined UCLA Anderson as the Special Assistant to the Deans for the Fully Employed & Executive MBA Programs in early 2015. She is responsible for managing the FEMBA/EMBA Admissions Office and managing special admissions projects, conferences and events. She has a certificate in Project Management from UCLA Extension and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California.

Connie Beaumont-Field

Associate Director of Financial Aid

Connie earned her B.A. in Sociology from UC Irvine. She joined the MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office in September 2008 as an Admissions Coordinator. After several years, she was promoted to Admissions Operations Manager. While she enjoyed her work, in December 2015 she decided to expand her knowledge and joined the financial aid team.

Pam Schulz

PAM SCHULZ

Executive Director & FEMBA Career Coach

Pam Schulz has held corporate and leadership positions in consulting, technology, consumer durables and entertainment. She began her business career as a systems consultant with Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), working with small business clients as both an individual contributor and project team leader. This technical role was a solid foundation for later career positions in product management and marketing for technology companies in industries ranging from wireless and software to e-commerce and electronics. Pam spearheaded revenue growth from new products for divisions of large publicly-traded companies and smaller entrepreneurial enterprises. With the founders of a wireless startup, she participated in 51 new venture pitches, resulting in VC financing and a later successful exit via acquisition. This diverse experience proved useful when she oversaw marketing and product management at Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment for its consumer software and online digital video-sharing service for user-created content—before YouTube! As a consultant advising executive management teams at Epson, Belkin and others, Pam has provided the “know-how” and the "know-why" to guide decisions about growth options, strategy and execution.

Pam has hired, developed and coached members of the product management and marketing teams she’s led, as well as provided ad hoc career coaching to students at UCLA and Anderson. She started a job search accountability team for executives in transition modeled on the ACT methodology developed by UCLA Anderson for its alumni seeking new opportunities. Pam earned her B.S. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and M.B.A. from UCLA. She enjoys sculling in the Marina at the UCLA Aquatic Center and lives in Culver City with her husband and two rambunctious rescue dogs.

JACKEE MCNITT-ENGLES

Jackee McNitt Engles provides executive coaching to the FEMBA and EMBA students at Anderson and teaches leadership in the EMBA program. In addition, she serves as Lead Faculty in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, an initiative created through a partnership with Goldman Sachs, Babson College, and designated U.S. cities to provide instruction and support to small business owners on the cusp of growth. In her spare time, she teaches in the University of La Verne’s MBA and Masters in Leadership degree programs, and in the Cal State San Bernardino MBA program. In the past, she served as the Senior Director of Executive Management and Outreach Programs for the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, and as faculty in Claremont Graduate University’s (CGU) Community College Professional Leadership Certificate Program and UCI’s certificate programs in Human Resources and Business Management.

Her deep corporate experience stems from 15 years managing training and communication functions for Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. As Vice President of Employee Communications for Wells Fargo, she served as a communication strategist and manager for eight acquisitions and a variety of other large scale corporate changes including diversity programs, reorganizations, and major human resources and benefits redesigns.

Jackee holds an Executive MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA and teaching credential in Theatre Arts. She serves on the Advisory Board for Vanguard University’s Organizational Psychology degree programs and is a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Over the years, she has been published in magazines, newsletters, and professional journals and her work has been highlighted in Managing Workforce 2000, 1001 Ways to Reward Employees, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and France’s Le Tribune. She is a past recipient of the annual Award of Excellence from the Orange County Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD – now ATD).

Marge Ang is an executive coach and consultant specializing in technology (Fortune 500 and startups), marketing, product management, digital media & entertainment, general management and leadership development.

She is super passionate about helping business professionals build and sustain rewarding careers, or successfully pivot and adapt to a fast-changing world. Marge has coached and mentored teams and executives at all levels throughout her 20+ years of tech corporate experience in Los Angeles and the Silicon Valley. Her coaching practice is largely influenced by her own career pivots – from engineering to marketing, and within tech industries (semiconductors to consumer products, medical devices, and software services).

Having lived in 3 countries and worked with 6 global multinational companies, Marge particularly enjoys coaching teams and individuals to collaborate successfully across cultures. Previously, she held senior marketing management roles and worked with clients at Fortune 500 tech companies and startups including Intel, Samsung, Epson, iRobot/Evolution Robotics, Thinfilm, Tivic Health, and Plutora.

Marge is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC, ACC) and received an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
