Cap & Gowns
Your cap, gown and hood have been ordered and will be available in the Executive Dining Room (B208+B209) on Commencement Day. Gowns and hoods must be returned immediately following the commencement ceremony. There will be a collection table set up following the ceremony for gown and hood returns at the North Terrace. You may keep your cap. You may order a diploma frame or any ancillary items in person at Graduation, Etc. on Level A at Ackerman, Mon-Fri, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or through their website.
Diploma
UCLA diplomas for graduates will be available in January, 2023. Diplomas are produced by the Registrar's Office. Information about obtaining your diploma will be sent to your e-mail address UCLA has on file approximately in December 2022.

Class Photo & Processional
We will take our class photo on the West Stairs by the Anderson Cafe at 10:30am. Graduates will NOT be permitted to escort their guests to the guest seating area at Korn Convocation Hall following the class photo, but will head to Korn Convocation Hall for the processional line-up.
Guests of the Graduates
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid possible traffic congestion. Guests must be seated in Korn Convocation Hall no later than 10:45 a.m. Guests MUST wear masks indoors at all times.
Photographs
A comprehensive range of photographic services will be available from the official photographer. For the comfort of other guests, we request that your guests only take pictures from the seating area and outer perimeter, they may not come into the student seating area or into the center aisle as it can be disruptive and discourteous to other members of the audience.
