Phil Han

Assistant Dean & Director, Parker Career Management Center

Phil joined UCLA Anderson in August 2004 as a Career Advisor. As the Director of the Parker CMC, he leads the team to support full-time MBA students in their career development and facilitate MBA hiring needs. He continues to advise students recruiting in the technology and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Phil worked as a career advisor at Claremont Graduate University, working with students in business, organizational psychology, and economics. He also has a background as a middle and high school science teacher in New York City for four years.

Phil has a BS in Biology and Psychology from the University of Michigan, a MA in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Donna Robinson

Director, Recruiting Operations & Lead Account Manager

As the Director of Recruiting Operations, Donna manages company relationships through on-site visits, welcomes new campus recruiting contacts, and oversees scheduling of all on-campus events and interviews. In addition to managing interactions with companies, Donna is actively involved with student clubs, student training, and the use of UCLA Anderson’s campus recruiting system. She also serves as the liaison between the Career Center and Admissions for The Consortium, a program dedicated to increasing diversity in the business world.

As a recipient of the UCLA Anderson School’s prestigious Abe Ackerman Award for staff excellence, Donna continuously strives to provide outstanding customer service to both companies and students. She received her undergraduate degree from USC and is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.

Meftehe Shebi

Director, Career Advising (Technology)

Mef joined UCLA Anderson as a Career Advisor in 2018. As the Director of Advising, he oversees career advising and outreach for Anderson’s full-time MBA students. Mef also provides individual and small group career advising, primarily supporting students pursuing careers in technology.

Previously, Mef worked as an associate director for career management at The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. As an educator, he created and delivered innovative career management programming including large classroom experiential learning and special workshops, and e-learning media such as webinars, video casts, and designed instructional tools.

Mef holds a BS in Systems Engineering and Mathematics from University of Virginia and a master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University.

Jessica Christopher

Associate Director, Career Advising & Outreach (HR, Marketing, Retail, and Sports)

Jessica joined UCLA Anderson in 2001 as a Career Advisor. In addition to advising students, she manages the Anderson Career Teams (ACT) program and works closely with student clubs.

Before joining the Parker CMC, Jessica worked as a recruiter for BrainTrust, a niche staffing firm. She helped build the Los Angeles office by working closely with both clients and job seekers throughout the entire placement process. During undergrad, she spent her summers interning for a number of sports and entertainment companies, including the Oakland A's, IMG and Prime Sports (now Fox Sports Net).

Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and master's degree in Education from the Student Affairs program here at UCLA. She is also a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.

Lin young

Associate Director, Career Advising & Outreach (Entertainment)

Lin joined UCLA Anderson in October 2016. She has extensive experience in career advising, corporate outreach, and forming partnerships with industry leaders. At Parker, she specializes in entertainment, working with students who are pursuing careers in the industry.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Lin served as the Director of Alumni Career Services under UCLA Alumni Affairs.

Lin received a BA in History from UC Santa Barbara and dual graduate degrees in Career Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge.

Dave Henry

Associate Director, Career Advising & Outreach (Consulting and Real Estate)

David Henry joined UCLA Anderson in 2016. He is also President of DKH, Inc., a private company that provides executive coaching and real estate services to corporations around the world.

In his 25-year career, David has led more than 1,000 executive coaching sessions and workshops. He has also negotiated real estate transactions valued at over $1 billion for clients such as Disney, Parsons, Dole, JP Morgan Chase, and Willis.

Prior to joining UCLA Anderson, David was senior vice president of the world's largest real estate company, CBRE. He also held leadership positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Deloitte Consulting, and The Chase Manhattan Bank.

David received a BS in Psychology from Duke University. He earned his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he was an Austin Scholar. He has traveled in 50+ countries and is fluent in the language of Swahili.

Francis Quimby

Associate Director, Career Advising & Outreach (Corporate Finance and Financial Services)

Francis graduated from UCLA Anderson in 2012 and joined Parker in June 2019. He provides career advising and to MBA students pursuing careers in financial services.

Prior to graduating from Anderson, Francis worked as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, DC where he worked with economists in the Capital Markets and Real Estate groups and as a portfolio analyst at JP Morgan Chase. Most recently, Francis held VP level positions at firms including PIMCO in Newport Beach and SSGA in Boston.

Francis has a BA in Economics and a minor in Scientific Computation from Boston College. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a CAIA® charterholder.

Chrissy Ercole

Associate Director, International Career Advising & Outreach

Chrissy joined UCLA Anderson in 2019 after moving from New York City where she worked at Columbia University in the Office of Career Services. She specializes in international student advising for industries including consulting, tech, and public policy. She was previously an F-1 DSO and J-1 ARO at The New School and previously lived in Washington, DC where she worked at Georgetown University.

Chrissy has a background in TV news and sports journalism, working for multiple outlets across the east coast. She graduated from the University of Maryland (go Terps!) with a BA in Journalism and from the State University of New York (SUNY) with an MA in Higher Education Administration.

At the Parker CMC, Chrissy advises Anderson MBA students across all industries with a focus on supporting international students, innovative programming, and corporate outreach.

Marcus Castain

Associate Director, MBA Education & Career Advising (CleanTech, Entrepreneurship, and Social Impact)

Marcus graduated from UCLA Anderson in 1998. He returned to Anderson in 2022 as a Career Advisor focused on entrepreneurship, social impact, and sustainability. He is also the instructor for the Parker Career Series.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Marcus started his career at PwC in the Bay Area. He went on to work as a product manager in Silicon Valley before moving back to Los Angeles where he has specialized in making a social impact by working for the Broad Foundation, the Office of the Mayor of Los Angeles, and founding a startup focused on green jobs for young people.  Most recently, Marcus worked as an advisor at the USC Marshall School of Business.

Marcus received his BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and his MBA from UCLA Anderson.

Hannah Cowherd

Manager, Campus Recruiting & Business Services

Hannah joined UCLA Anderson in 2000. As the Manager of Campus Recruiting and Business Services, she manages 100+ company accounts in industries ranging from consulting and banking to real estate and entertainment. She works closely with the Director of Recruiting Operations to deliver exceptional customer service to MBA recruiters and graduate students.

Prior to joining the team at the Parker CMC, Hannah worked in the UCLA Marketing Office at the Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center, marketing specialty services to outside physicians and physician medical groups.

Hannah received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Jenna Dobrin

Associate Director, Career Advising & Outreach (Consulting and Operations)

Jenna joined UCLA Anderson in 2022 as a Career Advisor. She advises students across all industries and specializes in consulting and operations.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Jenna worked in Account Management and Client Strategy for companies including Hulu and Disney before going on to work in Strategic Partnerships for Recharge Payments, an eCommerce fintech startup in Los Angeles. With a background in sales and client-facing engagement, she is passionate about advising students on the power of networking and relationship-building.

Jenna received her BS in Economics from Whitman College where she graduated Cum Laude and was a starter and team captain on the Women’s Varsity Tennis team. She is currently pursuing a Professional Coach Certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, an ICF-accredited coaching school.

Amy Bassett

Administrative Manager

Amy joined UCLA Anderson in August 2018.  As the Administrative Manager, she serves as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Dean of Career Services. She also supports the department with travel arrangements, reciprocity requests, managing budgets, and accounting, while helping oversee the daily operations of the career center.

Previously, Amy worked at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, in roles ranging from supporting an associate provost and her reporting units to overseeing grant budgets in the Physics & Astronomy department. She graduated from CSU Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in the Humanities.

Edmund Leung

Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

Edmund joined the UCLA Anderson Parker team in June 2022 as a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst. He supports strategic initiatives by providing management in-depth understanding and insights into the effectiveness of day-to-day operations through analysis of business processes and visualization/reporting of various operational, performance, and outcomes-related data.

Prior to joining the Parker team, Edmund had worked at UC Merced for 5 years, where he developed business intelligence solutions for functional partners and campus stakeholders, equipping leaders with key data to justify recommendation and decisions. Edmund holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
