Please request that your University issue official, final e-Transcripts (this includes all official transcripts AND official degree certificates/diplomas in your native language and official English translation) at this time. If your University does not provide documents through an official service, please request your Registrar’s office to email one complete set of your most up-to-date, in-progress or final transcripts and degree certificates/diplomas in your native language and English translation directly to Jeff Credidio at the email above.

As such, all admitted students will go through a background check through Re Vera Services, LLC, which will cost $80usd, and is to be paid by you to the vendor and completed no later than August 15, 2023. UCLA Graduate Division reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission if any information is found to be falsified or other fraudulent action has been taken.
