The transcript(s) must be sent by the Registrar’s office or the service that provides e-transcripts for your University. If you have already graduated, the transcript(s) must specify the degree(s) conferred and the date(s) of conferral. Upon receipt of admit offer letter | For admits who are pursuing or have earned a degree from a university outside of the US: Please request that your University issue official, final e-Transcripts (this includes all official transcripts AND official degree certificates/diplomas in your native language and official English translation) at this time. Please order all required academic documents to be sent directly from your University to Jeff Credidio, Admissions Coordinator, at jeffrey.credidio@anderson.ucla.edu. If your University does not provide documents through an official service, please request your Registrar’s office to email one complete set of your most up-to-date, in-progress or final transcripts and degree certificates/diplomas in your native language and English translation directly to Jeff Credidio at the email above. |
By end of July | In your application, you acknowledged that all of the information you provided is true and accurate. As such, all admitted students will go through a background check through Re Vera Services, LLC, which will cost $80usd, and is to be paid by you to the vendor and completed no later than July 31, 2023. UCLA Graduate Division reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission if any information is found to be falsified or other fraudulent action has been taken. Wait for a link from verifications@reveraservices.com in order to initiate the verification process. Follow the instructions and submit your payment to Re Vera Services, LLC to complete the background check. |
