Creating a presence at UCLA Anderson, whether through sponsoring a student's extracurricular activity or an educational event, can bolster a firm's image and attract the most qualified candidates. A firm's presentation helps define its culture and priorities so that students have accurate and relevant information to tailor their job searches. Interactions between students and recruiters outside the interview room also provide an opportunity for the two sides to become better acquainted.

The UCLA Anderson FTMBA employment report is offered through Tableau and as a PDF. The report provides you with detailed and interactive data for Class of 2022 full-time employment and Class of 2023 summer internships.
MBA Interview Process
Interviews with full-time MBA students can be hosted virtually or in-person at the Parker CMC. However, requests for specific interview dates can be extremely competitive. We encourage you to schedule dates as early as possible and to stay flexible in obtaining time with candidates you want. Our staff facilitates the logistics of posting the job opportunities and setting up the interview schedules.
For companies preferring a less formal recruiting process, we recommend the resume collection option. We will send out a targeted e-mail to our students informing them of the opportunity and the timelines for correspondence. Should you wish to follow up with interviews, we are happy to facilitate that.
