INNOVATION FACULTY

The UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill a position for a senior scholar in the area of innovation. A wide variety of research interests might fit within this broad category, including but not limited to the economics of innovation and technology, innovation finance, the management of technology, the science of science, technology entrepreneurship, and technology strategy. Depending on the person's background and interests, the individual could be appointed to one or more of the school's academic units: Accounting; Behavioral Decision Making; Decisions, Operations, and Technology Management; Finance; Global Economics and Management; Management and Organizations; Marketing; and Strategy.

This senior scholar will help to lead the school's initiatives on innovation and technology in research and in teaching both inside and outside the classroom. The ideal candidate will therefore also have an interest in and a demonstrated ability to lead innovation-related curricular and co-curricular activities.

The School seeks to appoint a scholar at the tenured associate or full professor level starting in the 2022-23 academic year. In evaluating applications, the search committee will evaluate evidence of outstanding research and teaching potential. We particularly welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence. MARKETING FACULTY

The Marketing Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill positions at all levels starting in the 2021-22 academic year. In evaluating applications, the search committee seeks evidence of outstanding research and teaching potential. STRATEGY FACULTY

The Strategy Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill positions at the assistant professor level starting in the 2022-2023 academic year. Research interests of current faculty members include business strategy, technology strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, behavioral strategy, and strategic human capital management. In evaluating candidates, the search committee seeks evidence of outstanding research potential in one of these or a closely-related area, and also strong evidence of teaching potential at the MBA level. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, and community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence. At minimum, candidates must have a Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) or expect to complete their Ph.D. by June 2022.
