Guides

All Anderson Alumni Are Invited to Become Guides in the New Pathway Guidance Program

Alumni Guides will identify and nominate a prospective applicant "Explorer” who identifies as underrepresented (Black, Latinx, Female, First-Gen, Native American, LGBTQIA or belonging to other historically marginalized groups), who has demonstrated resilience and grit, and who would benefit from a graduate management education. Guides will advise high-potential underrepresented prospective students on their paths to UCLA Anderson and the broader landscape of business leadership. Participating alumni will not only enable a more diverse set of prospective applicants to enjoy the rewards of an Anderson experience, they will enable our school to reshape organizations worldwide.
