Alex Lawrence
Assistant Dean of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid
Alex Lawrence, Class of 1999, became the Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid in August 2012. He had been the Executive Director of The Riordan Programs at UCLA Anderson since 2004, working with Professor Bill Ouchi and Riordan Programs' founder Mayor Richard Riordan to advance high school and undergraduate students' development and educational attainment. Prior to his leadership of the Riordan Programs, Alex worked at Cap Gemini, where he developed CRM strategies and trained clients in the automotive, medical and insurance industries.
As Executive Director of Riordan, Alex developed creative programs and initiatives which target students who are the first in their family to apply to college, current undergraduates, or professionals seeking an MBA degree. Program achievements include a 100% success rate of high school participants continuing to college, and nearly 70% of Riordan MBA Fellows obtaining their MBA at the nation's elite business schools.
Craig Hubbell
Director of Operations
Craig became Director of Operations for MBA Admissions in 2012, after several years as the primary international admissions officer here. Recruiting travels took him to 28 countries on 5 continents so far, though now he spends more time on campus running operations. Craig's main interests have always been international, from his degree at Pomona College to his work at Euro Disney in Paris doing business planning with multi-cultural teams. Most recently Craig led the MBA Admissions conversion to a paperless process with iPad evaluations. Smoothing the admissions process and delivering the best possible MBA class has been his passion all century.
Vickie Euyoque
Associate Director
Vickie Euyoque is an associate director in the Office of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at UCLA Anderson. As a native Angeleno and a double-Bruin, UCLA holds a special place in Vickie's heart. After completing her undergraduate degree at UCLA, she began her career in admissions working for UCLA Anderson's Fully Employed MBA Program before transitioning to the MBA Admissions team. Joining the MBA Program has provided Vickie with the opportunity to travel throughout the US, Asia, Europe and Mexico, connecting with applicants in their home environment. She is especially proud of her work with applicants from underrepresented backgrounds and the support she has provided them in their pursuit of their MBA. As a first-generation Mexican-American and a first-generation college graduate, working with applicants from underrepresented backgrounds is a passion of hers and she is excited about adding to the diversity of the UCLA Anderson community. Vickie manages our relationships with key partners, including the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
Adrian Aguirre
Associate Director
Adrian is an associate director in the Office of MBA Admissions & Financial Aid at UCLA Anderson. A graduate of UCLA Anderson (FEMBA Class of 2001), he is happy to be back once again at his alma mater. Originally from Peru, Adrian has lived in the U.S. since 1987, completing both his undergraduate and graduate education at UCLA. He has extensive corporate experience in direct response marketing, U.S. Hispanic marketing, and training and development. Most recently, he headed a consulting practice focused on workplace training and development for California Manufacturing companies.
Ilana Van Allen
Director of Strategy & Marketing
Ilana Van Allen is the Director of Strategy & Marketing in the Office of MBA Admissions & Financial Aid at UCLA Anderson. A Bruin at heart, she is a graduate of UCLA Anderson (MBA Class of 2013) and also earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA (B.S. Cognitive Science). As an MBA student, Ilana was a Forté Foundation Fellow, took on multiple club board leadership roles, and served as an ACT (Anderson Career Team) Coach. After graduating from the MBA program, Ilana worked in the corporate sector in global brand marketing at Fox on their television business and at Mattel on the Barbie brand. She also has prior Higher Education experience, working for UCLA for over 5 years and serving on the UCLA Staff Assembly Executive Board. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for UCLA with prospective MBA students -- Go Bruins!
Stephanie Palencia
Associate Director
Stephanie Palencia is an associate director in the Office of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at UCLA Anderson. Her introduction to UCLA began as an undergraduate student studying international development. With her interest in law and education, she received a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from Loyola Marymount University. During this time, she continued her career at Loyola Law School, where she served as the assistant director of admissions. Stephanie is excited to be back on campus and part of the wonderful community at UCLA Anderson!
Brenda Diaz
Admissions Coordinator
Brenda is the Admissions Coordinator for the Full-time MBA Admissions Program at UCLA Anderson. She joined the MBA Admissions team in September 2019. Prior to joining Anderson, Brenda has been with UCLA since 2016 and worked as a Program Manager in the California NanoSystems Institute at UCLA.
John Lee
Associate Director
John is an Associate Director in the Office of MBA Admissions & Financial Aid at UCLA Anderson. Much of his higher education career has been in business school programs and he’s excited to be a part of the admissions team here at UCLA Anderson. He had prior stints as the Associate Director of Admissions & Recruitment with the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and Assistant Director of the Master of Medical Management program at USC Marshall School of Business. Hailing from the east coast, John graduated from Long Island University before making his move to Los Angeles to complete his Doctorate in Education at USC.
Regina Regazzi
Assistant Dean, Parker Career Management Center
Regina joined Parker CMC in October 2010. Prior to joining, Regina founded and ran Artume LLC, an executive recruiting and career consulting firm. Her executive recruiting career began at Spencer Stuart, a major international firm and continued at PrinceGoldsmith, a New York-based boutique firm. In both places, she concentrated on financial services recruiting, focusing on asset management. Prior to executive recruiting, Regina worked in originations for Bank of America's Leasing and Capital Group. Early in her career, Regina worked for Greenwich Associates, a financial services market research and consulting firm, known for its benchmarking studies. Throughout her career, she has been providing career guidance to a range of people from recent college graduates to high-level executives.
Regina graduated from UCLA Anderson in 1997 and just finished her term as president of UCLA Anderson's alumni board of directors. She has been involved in UCLA Anderson alumni activities since graduating, including as president of the Bay Area chapter, alumni board chair of chapter presidents, and she has also worked with admissions and development. She received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2005 and was chosen as one of the 100 Inspirations as part of the school's 75th anniversary celebration. Regina received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University.
Phil Han
Director, Recruiting Operations and Career Advisor Healthcare and High Tech
Phil joined UCLA Anderson in August 2004 as a Career advisor. In late 2007, Phil transitioned into his role as the Director of Recruiting Operations, supervising the Parker CMC's Recruiting Team and overseeing on-campus recruiting operations, data and technology management, and office logistics. He also manages and develops several employer accounts to facilitate their campus recruiting activities and strengthen the connections to UCLA Anderson students.
Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Phil was a Career Advisor at Claremont Graduate University, working with graduate students in business, organizational psychology, and economics. He also taught middle and high school science in New York City for four years.
Phil has a BS in biology and psychology from the University of Michigan, an MA in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
Chris Weber
Director, Career Advising and Outreach

Chris joined the Parker CMC in November 2013. In addition to serving as a career advisor, Chris will focus on strengthening the relationships with potential employers of UCLA Anderson MBAs. Prior to joining UCLA Anderson, Chris was a Manager in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting where he specialized in organization design, and developing and implementing change management, training, communications and leadership alignment strategies. Chris previously served as the Vice President of Corporate and Revenue Development at United Way Silicon Valley, the Director of Development and Communications for the DeFrank Community Center, and as both a Corps Member and a Recruitment Director for Teach For America. Chris received a BA degree from Boston University and a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. An active Anderson alumnus, Chris served as the President of the Gay and Lesbian Business Alumni Association from 2009 to 2012.
Jessica Christopher
Associate Director and Career Advisor

Jessica has worked in the Parker CMC since 2001 and has successfully counseled students, assisting with the entire career search process from self-assessment to implementation. In addition, she manages the ACT Coach Program and Anderson Career Teams (ACT), organizes the career portion of Orientation and works closely with UCLA Anderson student clubs, as well as companies looking to hire MBA students. Before joining the Parker CMC, Jessica was a recruiter for BrainTrust, a small niche staffing firm. Here she helped build the Los Angeles office reading countless resumes/cover letters, interviewing candidates, meeting with a variety of companies and working closely with both clients and job seekers throughout the entire placement process. In addition to recruiting, Jessica has also worked full-time for a small advertising agency, Cass Communications and spent her summers while an undergraduate interning for a number of sports and entertainment companies, including the Oakland A's, IMG and Prime Sports (now Fox Sports Net).
Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Education from the Counseling in Student Affairs program here at UCLA. She is also a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.
Lin Young
Associate Director, Career Advising and Outreach Entertainment and Corporate Finance
Lin joined UCLA Anderson Parker CMC in October 2016. She has extensive experience in career advising, corporate outreach, and in formulating strategic partnerships with industry leaders. At Parker, she specializes in serving entertainment and corporate finance clients.
Prior to joining Parker CMC, Lin served as the Director of Alumni Career Initiatives and Director of Experiential Engagement for Partnership under UCLA Alumni Affairs and the UCLA Economics department.
Lin received a Bachelor's degree in History from UC Santa Barbara and dual graduate degrees in Career Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge.
Donna Robinson
Associate Director, Employer Relations
Donna serves as the Associate Director for Employer Relations at the Parker Career Management Center. As an Account Manager on Parker’s Campus Recruiting team, she maintains and expands company relationships through on-site visits, works with other Account Managers to welcome and manage new campus recruiting contacts, and oversees scheduling of all on-campus events and interviews. In addition to interactions with companies, Donna is actively involved with student clubs, student training and use of UCLA Anderson’s campus recruiting system, and serves as the liaison between the Career Center and Admissions for The Consortium, a program dedicated to increasing diversity in the business world.
As a recipient of the UCLA Anderson School’s prestigious Abe Ackerman Award for staff excellence, Donna continuously strives to provide outstanding customer service to both companies and students. She received her undergraduate degree from USC & is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.
Dave Henry
Associate Director, Career Advising and Outreach Consulting, Energy and Real Estate
David Henry started working with UCLA Anderson's team of award-winning career advisors in 2016. He is also President of DKH, Inc., a private company that provides executive coaching and real estate services to corporations around the world.
Over his 25-year career, David has led more than 1,000 executive coaching sessions and workshops. He has also negotiated real estate transactions valued at over $1 billion for clients such as Disney, Parsons, Dole, JP Morgan Chase, and Willis.
Prior to joining UCLA Anderson, David was Senior Vice President of the world's largest real estate company, CBRE. He also held leadership positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, Deloitte Consulting, and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
David received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duke University. He earned his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he was an Austin Scholar. He has traveled in 50+ countries and is fluent in the language of Swahili.
Hannah Cowherd
Campus Recruiting and Business Services Manager
Hannah has served the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management since 2000. She has over 13 years of experience in account management at UCLA Anderson School Parker Career Management Center (PCMC). In this position, Hannah works closely with the Associate Director of Employer Relations where she delivers exceptional customer service to the UCLA Anderson MBA recruiters and graduate students. As an Account Manager, Hannah manages well over 100 company accounts in industries ranging from consulting and banking to real estate and entertainment.
Additionally, Hannah creates and cultivates long-term relationships with a wide range of established financial institutions and businesses. Prior to working at the Anderson School of Management, Hannah worked in the UCLA Marketing Office at the Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center There she marketed specialty services to outside physicians and physician medical groups. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Colleagues and clients regard Hannah as a highly skilled professional, extremely knowledgeable of the MBA recruiting procedures and the financial system at the UCLAL Anderson School of Management and a consistent support to all of her clients. Hannah is a wife and mother of two engaging children. She keeps busy supporting their dream, Bowwowkapow! Heroic Dog Treats, a mobile dog treat business.
Wanda Hebert
Campus Recruiting and Business Services Coordinator
Wanda has been a part of Parker CMC since 1990. In this role, Wanda uses her experience as an Account Manager to manage the complexities of campus interviewing and events as well as oversees the Parker CMC Classifieds, which is our weekly listing of job opportunities available to UCLA Anderson MBAs and alumni. She also provides both valuable institutional memory along with logistical support for our employer relations team and recruiting efforts. Wanda is responsible for the hiring and managing our student Greeters for our reserved parking lot. On the business side she handles the logistic for all events as well as the catering for recruiters’ daily visits during on campus recruitment.
Jessica Devereaux
Communications Manager
Jessica joined the Parker CMC in June 2016 as the Communications Manager. In this role, she leads Parker’s channels of communication through social media, weekly emails, the Parker CMC internal and external websites, and other career-related publications. In addition, she runs operations for the Parker Career Series taught to all MBA students in the fall & winter quarter.
Prior to Parker, Jessica worked as the Marketing & Communications Specialist for UCLA's Business & Finance Services. She received a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Media Studies from Loyola Marymount University and a Professional Designation in Merchandise Product Development from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
Emily Cruse
Associate Director, Career Education & Advising
Emily first joined Parker in 2014 focusing on Career Advising and Corporate Outreach, and rejoined the team in October 2017 to teach the Career Series for first-year students in the full-time MBA program. Prior to joining Parker, Emily worked in finance and strategy at Paramount Pictures, as well as New Media Business Development at DreamWorks Animation. Before moving back to LA, Emily worked at Goldman Sachs in New York in Sales & Trading focusing on the Futures business.
Mef Shebi
Career Advisor
Mef joined UCLA Anderson’s Parker team in 2018. His responsibilities include providing individual and small group career coaching and advising support to full-time MBA students on all phases of their career development. He primarily supports students interested in pursuing careers in the Technology Industry. Mef also supports international students by developing programs based on the needs of the community. Previously, he worked as an Associate Director for Career Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In that role, he provided one-on-one and small group support for all phases of the career and job search lifecycle. As an educator, he created and delivered innovative career management programming including large classroom, experiential learning and special workshops, and via e-learning media such as webinars, video casts, and designed instructional tools. Mef holds a BS in Systems Engineering and Mathematics from University of Virginia and a M.Ed in International Education Policy from Harvard University.
Francis Quimby
Associate Director, Career Advisor and Outreach (Financial Services)
Francis graduated from Anderson in 2012 and joined Parker in June 2019. He provides career development coaching and advice to MBA students, and primarily focuses on students interested in financial services careers. Prior to joining Parker, he worked as a VP-Account Manager at PIMCO based in their Newport Beach office in the Financial Institutions Group. Most recently, he was a member of the Portfolio Strategist team at SSGA supporting their Active Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management group in Boston. Prior to Anderson, Francis was a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, DC where he worked with economists in the Capital Markets and Real Estate groups. He also worked at JP Morgan Chase as a portfolio analyst in their Mortgage Service Rights Portfolio Management team. He has a BA in Economics and minor in Scientific Computation from Boston College. He is also a CFA® charterholder and a CAIA® charterholder.
Josue (Josh) Manrique
Customer Relations Manager
Josh joined the Parker CMC in April of 2019. In his role as the Customer Relations Manager, he assists with the complexities of campus interviewing and events as well as oversees the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and interview rooms while managing and training the Front Office staff.
Chrissy Ercole
Associate Director, International Student Advising and Corporate Outreach
o Chrissy joined Parker in 2019 after moving from New York City where she worked at Columbia University. She offers a background in international student services; career advising for industries like consulting, tech, and public policy; program design; and management. She was previously an F-1 DSO and J-1 ARO at The New School. She also lived in Washington, DC where she worked at Georgetown University.
Chrissy also has a background in TV news and sports journalism. She graduated from the University of Maryland (go Terps!) with a BA in Journalism and from the State University of New York (SUNY) with an MA in Higher Education Administration. While she’s a native New Yorker and also loved living in DC, she is very excited to be an Angeleno and at UCLA. Chrissy will focus on supporting Anderson MBA students across all industries as well as international students through advising, innovative programming, and corporate outreach.

Jessica Luchenta joined the MBA Student Affairs team in 2011 after serving for more than 4 years as an Associate Director of Admissions for the MBA Program. In her current role she manages academic services for all MBA students, which includes curricular planning, academic advising and tutoring. She also coordinates MBA Student Affairs communications, as well as Orientation and academic preparation programming. Jessica originally hails from Phoenix, Arizona and holds a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University.
Otha Stubblefield

Otha is the Associate Director of Academic Operations overseeing Enrollment and Student Records Management. Otha is also a degree progress advisor and student affairs liaison to the UCLA Registrar, Graduate Division and joint/concurrent degree partner departments. Otha joined Anderson in 1989 after 10 years with the UCLA Registrar and UCLA Summer Sessions. Otha is a Los Angeles native and holds a BS degree in Computer Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills.

Liz has been a member of the MBA Student Affairs team since 2013, having previously served as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs at UCLA School of Law. In her current role she oversees student services for all MBA students, which includes working closely with the UCLA Anderson Student Association and other student club leaders, and serving as a primary resource for international MBA students. Liz earned her bachelor's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and her master's and doctoral degrees in Education from UCLA's Graduate School of Education & Information Studies.
Ali Imran Shaikh

Ali Shaikh has been with UCLA since 2015, having spent two years in Residential Life and two years with the Office of the Dean of Students. After earning his M.A. in higher education and organizational change from the UCLA Graduate School of Education & Information Studies, he officially became a Bruin and couldn’t be prouder to be a part of the UCLA alumni community! His professional interests include queer student activism, financial insecurity/literacy within the student body and arts education. When not on campus, Ali can be found at the beach (Venice and Zuma are his favorites) or at specialty grocery stores looking for the unique ingredients he needs for his latest vegan cooking adventures.
Patty Gonzalez Johnson

Patty Gonzalez Johnson joined the MBA Student Affairs team in 2016 after serving for over 6 years as the Associate Director of the international programs for the Fully Employed MBA Program. Patty helped launch the Global Immersion programs in 2008 and the part-time exchange programs in 2009. Patty started her career at UCLA Anderson in 1999, and has worked in various capacities throughout the school. In her current role, Patty works with the faculty, academic services staff, and the various programs at Anderson to plan the annual course offerings and develop the quarterly schedule of classes. She is the primary liaison with the UCLA Registrar’s office and Graduate Division on matters relating to the course catalog and scheduling. Patty also maintains the portal for the Academic Affairs team.
Patty graduated from UCLA in 1999 with a degree in Psychology and a specialization in Business Administration. She is a graduate of the Riordan Scholars Program (’02) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CSUN.
Jeanette Reyes
Associate Director of Academic Life
Jeanette Reyes is the primary advisor for all academic-related student needs. She answers questions on course selection, specializations and fulfillment of graduation requirements. She has many years of experience advising graduate students at UCLA and the University of California, Santa Barbara, including those in master’s and doctoral programs in computer science, architecture and urban design, and religious studies. She helped launch the Master of Science in Business Analytics program as its first associate director of program and admissions. As a first-gen student, Jeanette earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and an MBA, giving her a unique perspective on the MBA student lifestyle and experience.

Betsy Linares

Betsy joined MBA Student Affairs in January of 2017 as the Administrative Manager. She previously worked with the Global Access Program and the Business Office during her time as an undergrad student at UCLA. Betsy serves as the Executive Assistant to the Associate and Assistant Dean of the MBA Full Time Program. She serves as a liaison for the Deans with students, prospective students, faculty, and staff. She assists with the planning, coordination and oversight of events such as orientation, student club activities, commencement and special events.
Betsy graduated from UCLA in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics.
Mia Seleshi

Mia joined UCLA Anderson in September of 2007 as the Customer Relations Manager in the Parker Career Management Center. Prior to joining MBA Student Affairs, she was the Program Manager for the UCLA-UAI Global Executive MBA for the Americas recruiting and managing all operations of the program. Mia currently serves as a liaison to student clubs and oversees internal and external case competitions. She received her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from UCLA.
Sendy X. López

Business Creation Option Program
Sendy is the Director for the Business Creation Option (BCO) Program for the Full-Time MBA, FEMBA and EMBA programs at UCLA Anderson. Sendy joined Anderson in early 2013 originally as part of the AMR team and prior to Anderson she worked for Undergraduate Admissions at UCLA. Sendy has also been a reader for undergraduate freshman applications for the last 10 years. As Program Director, Sendy is responsible for student enrollment, communications, academic and curriculum development along with workshop and event management throughout the year for all three MBA programs.
She received her B.A. in Political Science from UC-Berkeley.
Chelsea Goossens

Chelsea is the Director of the Applied Management Research (AMR) Program and has been with UCLA Anderson since 2015. Chelsea is responsible for recruiting clients to participate in the AMR program, developing program content, and overseeing and executing events for the field study program. Prior to joining the AMR staff in 2016, she worked in full-time MBA Student Affairs.
Chelsea received her B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA and is a member of the FEMBA class of 2020.
Scarlett Pinsker
Program Manager, Strategy & Finance,
Applied Management Research Program
Scarlett is the Program Manager, Strategy and Finance, of the Applied Management Research (AMR) Program at UCLA Anderson. Prior to joining the AMR team in March 2019, she worked at a non-profit in New York City where she managed two international exchange programs for young to mid-career professionals in the US, in addition to one associated alumni association. In her current role, Scarlett is primarily responsible for the student’s travel budgets and reimbursements. In collaboration with the rest of the AMR team, she also works on strategic aspects of the program.
Scarlett received her M.A. in American Studies from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. During her graduate studies, she completed one semester at New York University.
Dawnyelle Addison

Applied Management Research Program
Dawnyelle is the Program Manager of Operations for the Applied Management Resources (AMR) Program at UCLA Anderson. She joined the AMR team in January 2019 and manages all AMR events. Prior to joining Anderson, Dawnyelle worked as the Program Coordinator for the Center for Women in Law at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
Dawnyelle received her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from San Diego State University.
Connie Kwan
Assistant Director of Financial Aid
Connie earned her B.A. in Sociology from UC Irvine. She joined the MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office in September 2008 as an Admissions Coordinator. After several years, she was promoted to Admissions Operations Manager. While she enjoyed her work, in December 2015 she decided to expand her knowledge and joined the financial aid team.
Ji Choi

Ji joined the full time MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office in September of 2010 as the director of financial aid. Prior to joining UCLA Anderson, Ji served as the Director of Financial Aid for Otis College of Art and Design for 8 years. Ji earned her B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
