Based in San Diego, he consults with higher education institutions across the US and internationally, with a focus on the intersection of business education with the app economy. Prior to joining Apple, Andrew served as faculty in the Center for the Environment, University of Oxford, with parallel appointments in the Oxford Internet Institute and the Oxford Reuters Institute of Journalism. He holds an MA, MPhil and Ph.D. in economic geography from Downing College, University of Cambridge, England.
