Access Services
For questions about items you have checked out, recalled items, library bills for items checked out, and SRLF items, contact the 3rd Floor Loan Desk at (310) 825-3138.

Within the UCLA Library Catalog, My Account displays information about your library record activity, including titles you have checked out, any fines and fees you may have incurred, and any titles you have requested. To access this information you must log in.

The Request page allows you to select the type of request that you want to submit either to place a recall on a checked out item or to request an item be delivered from the Southern Regional Library Facility (SRLF) to any library on campus. If you are a registered Document Delivery user, you can also submit document delivery requests.

Donation of Library Materials
Unfortunately, the Rosenfeld Library is no longer able to accept donated materials in business and management until further notice. We regret the need to curtail this service, beginning October 24, 2011. Normally Rosenfeld does accept donated materials per the terms and conditions described within the Gifts of Materials section of the UCLA Library' web site. Books for Peace, based locally in Van Nuys, is a worthy charitable organization which is currently accepting gifts; the American Library Association also provides a highly informative guide to Book Donation Programs. The Rosenfeld Library assumes no responsibility.
