Instructions for Rental Inquiries

 

Our facility uses Event Management System (EMS) for all of our classes, meetings, and special events. Internal UCLA Anderson staff, faculty and students must submit a request for a reservation to use any of our facility spaces. Once submitted, our scheduling team will respond to all requests within 2-3 working days of your request with a status update either in your "View My Requests" list in EMS or email.

 

Instructions for Student Club Events

 

For all student club events you must speak with your club liaison prior to submitting your club event room request. No exceptions. Please refer to the Guidebook on Student Clubs (located in your GoAnderson portal) for further information. Please have the following information compiled prior to your request:

  • Name of your event
  • Number of guests
  • A/V requirements
  • Additional room setup requirements
  • Start and end times of your event
  • Caterer name (if applicable)

 

Instructions for External Partners

 

UCLA Anderson offers a diverse group of indoor and outdoor spaces for your special event or meeting. Please look at our "Rental Spaces" section where you'll find photos of each space, and description of its amenities. Once you've decided on what type of space you'd like to rent, you can email our event team at events@anderson.ucla.edu with the following information:

  • Your name, your company or organization's name
  • Your telephone number and email address
  • Date(s) of your event
  • Name of your event
  • Start and end times of your event
  • Facilities you'd like to use
  • Number of guests
  • Caterer name (if applicable)

One of our event managers will contact you within 2-3 working days with availability. Please note that our facility is first and foremost an educational institution and that some dates, times and rooms may not be available for rental.
