Submit Statement of Intent to Register

 

Your admission to UCLA Graduate Study is official when you complete your "Statement of Intent to Register" in your decision letter.

Please take note of the following steps:

  • Create MyUCLA Account
    This account will be your gateway to UCLA campus information. You will need your 9-digit University ID (UID), which can be found on your decision letter, and click on the following link then "Create UCLA Logon/Password."

  • Complete Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
    Once your MyUCLA Account has been created, view and follow the instructions to complete your "Statement of Intent to Register" in your account. You will not become an official UCLA graduate student until this form has been completed and processed.

Confirm Core Schedule Preference

 

We offer three flexible schedule options to complete the core portion of the program (the first four quarters): Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, All-day Saturdays or Hybrid. You will take two courses per quarter for the first four quarters and will be with the same classmates in your schedule.

All students will be automatically enrolled in all of the core courses.

(Every Saturday, Completely On Campus)

Hybrid
(On-Campus + Online)
Attend on-campus classes 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) per quarter while attending online classes asynchronously in between

Schedules are assigned on a first-deposited basis; however, we reserve the right to place students in a schedule other than their first choice.

Minimum 3 weekend visits to UCLA per quarter

Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (depending on faculty availability)
AND Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please be advised the Saturday on-campus schedule for the Class of 2027 will be 2:00pm - 8:00pm.

Femba Hybrid

All Hybrid core courses blend on-campus immersion with online asynchronous lectures, interactive group work and web-assisted study tools.

To help you begin your journey as an official MBA student here at UCLA Anderson, we have created a comprehensive FEMBA Onboarding Portal, which includes required administrative forms, logistics and action items for all incoming students plus other resources essential for a smooth transition to student life.

The FEMBA Onboarding Portal will be housed in Bruin Learn, UCLA's learning management system (LMS) operated by the Canvas platform.

Upon completion of Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), enroll in the FEMBA Onboarding Portal on Bruin Learn. You will need your UCLA Logon/Password.
