Social Pickleball Tournament
The San Diego UCLA Anderson Alumni Chapter is organizing a MBA Pickleball Tournament this December. That's right, PICKLEBALL! ...that crazy game that's been sweeping the planet the past several years. Now's your chance to come out and show off your amazing back-hand... or maybe just work off some of those post-Turkey Day pounds while socializing with fellow local MBA alumni.
Details
- 2-hour Pickleball Social Ladder Tournament
- 15-min Lesson/Rules Review by the Organizer, then Game On!
- Format: Social Ladder Tourney - Games played as 2-person teams,
moving up/down the ladder after each game, and switching
teammates so you're always playing with someone new
- No experience needed. We expect most people will be new to the game
- Post-game refreshments provided and potential Happy Hour at a local establishment
Logistics
- Location: Pacific Beach Tennis Club - 2639 Grand Ave, San Diego, CA 92109
- Date: Saturday, December 4
- Time: 2 - 4pm - Game begins promptly at 2pm, so please arrive ~1:30
- Cost: $25/pp - includes equipment, instruction, game play, and refreshments
- Size: Up to 32 players max - so register and grab your spot early!
