Event Description

A startup founder/CEO often embarks on an entrepreneurial venture by exploring a unique market opportunity. But after a business is launched, an entrepreneur's role can change as the company and market evolves. Aaron Hirschhorn '05, Founder and CEO of DogVacay—the largest online and mobile community of pet care providers—will walk us through his journey as a CEO in a unique, interactive discussion.

Join UCLA Anderson's Los Angeles alumni chapter to learn how Aaron started DogVacay, acquired fundraising and what he is doing to maintain the company's identity—and not be classified as just another tech company. Aaron will also share what's unique to the Los Angeles entrepreneurial business landscape.

Food and beverage will be provided including DIY fire-roasted s'mores at Tiato's outdoor firepit!

Complimentary admission for Class of 2016 graduates with discount code: 2016GRAD
