Event Cancellation Policy
 
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, registrants may cancel their registration without incurring a fee. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and/or have tested positive for COVID-19, please refrain from attending our Alumni Weekend events. Contact alumni.office@anderson.ucla.edu to request a refund.
All Alumni Weekend event registrations are non-transferrable.
To cancel or modify your registration, click on Modify Registration on your event confirmation email.
UCLA Event COVID-19 Guidelines
 
Alumni Weekend attendees must adhere to UCLA’s current health and safety guidelines. Masks are strongly recommended but not mandatory for attendees.  
If you test positive for COVID-19 within 10-days of Alumni Weekend events please stay home.
PLEASE NOTE: Guidelines above are based on current trends. If L.A. County updates its COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, UCLA may also update its event guidance.
