Professor of Management and Organizations Corinne Bendersky is an expert in workplace conflict, status, justice, and diversity and inclusion in teams and organizations. Bendersky’s research contributes to both academic knowledge and organizational practice.

Jennifer Whitson
Adjunct Professor of Management and Organizations

Jennifer Whitson is an associate professor of management and organizations at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to joining Anderson, she served as assistant professor at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on control and seeks to shed light on how groups can manage conflict in organizations and in society.

Jana Gallus
Associate Professor of Strategy and Behavioral Decision Making

"People respond to incentives — financial, such as bonuses, and nonfinancial, such as public recognition. I am intrigued by how we can design incentive systems that leverage people’s nonfinancial motivations, and evaluate their impact on organizational performance in the field."

Jana Gallus is an associate professor in the strategy group at UCLA Anderson. Her research interests lie in behavioral economics, strategy, and innovation, with a focus on recognition incentives and their effects on decision-making. She investigates how incentive schemes can be designed to enhance employee motivation and organizational performance in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Eugene Caruso

Associate Professor of Management and Organizations and Behavioral Decision Making
"I want my students to think more like behavioral scientists, and rigorously learn from data, rather than like intuitive scientists ― which we all are by default, just through our experiences in the world."

Eugene Caruso is an associate professor in UCLA Anderson’s Management and Organizations and Behavioral Decision Making areas. His interest in the psychology of judgment and decision making developed as an undergraduate at Princeton University, primarily in the course of studying with Eldar Shafir and Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman.

Program graduates receive a certificate of completion from UCLA Anderson Executive Education.
