Heather Maiirhe Caruso joined UCLA Anderson in 2018 as assistant dean for equity, diversity and inclusion. A scholar and researcher of organizational behavior, she teaches in the Management and Organizations and Behavioral Decision Making areas.

Jennifer Whitson
Adjunct Professor of Management and Organizations

Jennifer Whitson is an associate professor of management and organizations at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to joining Anderson, she served as assistant professor at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on control and seeks to shed light on how groups can manage conflict in organizations and in society.

Program graduates receive a certificate of completion from UCLA Anderson Executive Education.
