Lori Santikian
Adjunct Associate Professor; Faculty Director, Fink Center for Finance and Investments

Professor Santikian holds a B.A. in economics and applied mathematics from UC Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. Her research is in the areas of financial intermediation, empirical corporate finance and organizational economics, and has been published in the Journal of Financial Intermediation. She has won the Citibank Teaching Award, as well as the MBA Teaching Excellence Award chosen by both the full-time and fully employed MBA students.

Sanjay Sood
Faculty Chairman and Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs; Professor of Marketing and Behavioral Decision Making

Professor Sood holds both an MBA from Kellogg and a Ph.D. from Stanford. Using psychological principles in his research, Sood examines how firms can best build, manage and leverage strong brand names. In his latest work on decision making he studies the differences between how people make decisions about products versus how they make decisions about experiences.

Dr. Iris Firstenberg joined the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2004. She specializes in strategies for creative problem solving and innovative thinking. She conducts custom on-site courses and seminars for organizations on the topics of creativity and innovation. Her sessions provide exciting, thought-provoking and practical strategies to help turn creative ideas into innovative business solutions.

Head of an active consulting business, Professor McCann specializes in the training of executives and professionals in persuasion, leadership, workplace diversity and all aspects of the strategic use of communication in business settings. His research interests include workplace ageism, leadership, intergroup communication, cross-cultural communication and age diversity.

Program graduates receive a certificate of completion from UCLA Anderson Executive Education and coveted UCLA Anderson alumni status.
