For events happening within the Anderson complex, please reach out to the Anderson IT Service Desk for IT or AV assistance. Event Support requests must be submitted at least one week before the actual event date to allow the Service Desk and AV teams time to prepare for the events.

Hard liquor is not permitted to be served in any Anderson School of Management venue. Red wine is not permitted in the Grand Salon and Veranda. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender - no exceptions. When alcohol is served, food must also be provided for the full duration of bar service and the cost of alcohol must be lower than the cost of food.
