 Coaching & Team Skills

Teamwork Is Crucial for Leadership Success

You lead from who you are. Self-awareness is a key component of being an effective leader, and teamwork is integral to learning about yourself and your leadership style.

Coaching and team skills sessions, available to all Anderson students across degree programs, formally develop students’ teamwork by teaching teams how to create a productive dynamic, give and receive constructive feedback, motivate each other and resolve conflicts. Teams report that coaching sessions helped improve team dynamics, work productivity and partner management skills, and added skills and knowledge that have direct, real-world application.

At Anderson we share success. Collaborative business environments are a 21st-century staple of successful companies and their teams. Team skills are crucial as graduates rise to leadership positions in their careers beyond Anderson.
