His experience additionally includes a five-year period in which, as the president of Triton National – a $400 million private real estate and development company with more than 500 employees – he oversaw acquisitions as well as the financing of asset management and joint ventures for the company. While at Triton, Steve also served as president of several separate real estate joint ventures, including a joint ventures with Crocker Bank, American Savings, and Wells Fargo Bank.
