Access to database of our second year MBAs will be available starting in late August; access to our first year MBAs will be available in late October of each school year.
Host an Event
We offer meaningful experiences to deepen your connection with potential employees through different types of events:
Employer Briefings
A formal presentation scheduled Monday through Thursday in a classroom from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Capped at 60 minutes)
Corporate Presentations
A more formal presentation scheduled Monday through Thursday in a classroom from 4:30 p.m to 8:00 p.m. (Usually 90 minutes)
Coffee Chats & Office Hours
For brief one-on-one meetings or small group sessions with students, consider hosting in-person coffee chats or virtual office hours.
Spring Career Fair
UCLA Anderson hosts a career fair each spring (typically late April) to facilitate “just-in-time” hiring needs of employers.

Sponsor Student Events
Creating a presence at UCLA Anderson, whether through sponsoring a student's extracurricular activity or an educational event, can bolster a firm's image and attract the most qualified candidates. A firm's presentation helps define its culture and priorities so that students have accurate and relevant information to tailor their job searches. Interactions between students and recruiters outside the interview room also provide an opportunity for the two sides to become better acquainted.
Career focused student clubs and the UCLA Anderson Student Association actively seek to increase student contact with the business community by sponsoring programs to help students explore professional management opportunities.

Post a Job Listing
Companies can post full-time, part-time/projects, summer and unpaid positions on UCLA Anderson's Job Listings site at no cost. If you do not have an account, we invite you to establish one and get your listings seen as soon as possible. When posting a position, you have the ability to indicate the number of years of desired/required post-MBA work experience. Note that these postings are accessible by Anderson students and alumni only.

MBA Interview Process
Interviews with full-time MBA students can be hosted virtually or in-person at the Parker CMC. However, requests for specific interview dates can be extremely competitive. We encourage you to schedule dates as early as possible and to stay flexible in obtaining time with candidates you want. Our staff facilitates the logistics of posting the job opportunities and setting up the interview schedules.
For companies preferring a less formal recruiting process, we recommend the resume collection option. We will send out a targeted e-mail to our students informing them of the opportunity and the timelines for correspondence. Should you wish to follow up with interviews, we are happy to facilitate that.
