Integrating Information and Computing Services at UCLA Anderson
Housed within the beautiful Rosenfeld Library, UCLA Anderson Computing & Information Services (ACIS) supports the creation, acquisition and dissemination of knowledge through providing technological solutions and information competency skills. Our mission is to enable our faculty, students and staff to access, create, analyze, organize and exchange information necessary to achieve research and educational objectives through the delivery of quality, professional support services.
Business runs on information, access, analysis and communication. At UCLA Anderson, the library is more than books, brick and mortar. The ACIS physical and electronic environment is designed to facilitate research, information & technology skills building, communication and collaboration. Library and Computing share the Rosenfeld Library building to deliver convenient access to information and computing services.
UCLA Anderson was the first business school to integrate library and computing services. It was also the first to deliver data and power to every seat in the library and classrooms. ACIS provides the information and communication infrastructure upon which great ideas and careers are built.
ACIS is comprised of dedicated and enterprising librarians, programmers, technicians and staff working together to deliver a spectrum of library and electronic services to the entire UCLA Anderson community.
