We make sure you are 100% ready for our rigorous curriculum by guiding you through academic preparation options over the summer months before you start your MBA. A self-assessment, online tutorials and on-campus workshops are available to sharpen skills for the first day of class.
From the moment you arrive on campus, our focus is on building your capacity for leadership. This is first accomplished in our Leadership Foundations course, completed during Orientation. In this class you will assess your leadership strengths and limitations and then develop a plan for improvement.
In your first year you can customize the sequence of your core courses. In the second year, you have the option to pursue tracks and specializations through your elective courses.

For our Applied Management Research (AMR) program, teams of students complete a consulting-style project with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits and government agencies. Some teams create a new business or complete a special faculty-led research project. AMR will challenge you to solve problems of strategic importance for real-world businesses and organizations.
