Back by popular demand! Rhoda Rahaii ’09, former Principal of Mercer and current Founder and President of independent consulting firm, Ne Plus Ultra, will build on last year's topic of how and why to network during the holiday season with Holiday Networking - How to Make a Lasting Impression.

As we know, the holiday season always brings a lot of activity – office holiday parties, seasonal events, neighbor get-togethers – and while the season is a time for cheer, for many the prospect of these festivities lead to nothing more than dread.

But the holidays are actually a perfect time to engage, network, and build stronger business and personal relationships. So, instead of avoiding it, how do we embrace the "Season of Giving" to build meaningful relationships one holiday party at a time? 

In this webinar, Rhoda will refresh us on the networking framework, and will then discuss the most effective ways to connect with individuals, make a great impression, and build meaningful relationships to advance personally and professionally. Using principles and research from her human capital and behavioral consulting experience, Rhoda will share insights on how to build authentic connections during the holiday season...and beyond. 

About Rhoda Rahaii '09

Rhonda Rahaii ('09)Rhoda Rahaii is President and Founder of Ne Plus Ultra, and brings her top-tier human resources consulting experience to lead engagements in talent, rewards, and culture change. Rhoda has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, most recently as a Director at Ferrazzi Greenlight, where she focused on shifting behavior in the workplace to drive business outcomes. 

Prior to joining Ferrazzi Greenlight, Rhoda served as a Principal within Mercer’s Talent business in the Los Angeles office. Her expertise centered on the development of executive and employee compensation programs, and talent and performance management programs. 

Prior to Mercer, Rhoda spent four years at Oliver Wyman, a strategy consulting firm, leading internal projects for the Chief Executive Officer. Rhoda holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a certificate in Advanced International Management from UCLA Anderson, and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature from Boston University. She is a true Francophile – from the language to the food to the French Riviera.
