UCLA Anderson is celebrating Worldwide Welcome Week in San Francisco! Join fellow alumni to welcome new alumni to your city, share experiences, and reconnect with your school. A few hours of light food and drinks will be served.

Get a behind the scenes peek at ticketing and registration company Eventbrite. Hear from Global Director of Metro Marketing Eric Meyerson who will cover the company’s humble beginnings, growth, and what’s next for this fast-growing company as it focuses on redefining an industry in desperate need of a shakeup. Eric will talk about how Eventbrite is expanding to a two-sided marketplace model, and how he's using digital and experiential marketing to grow awareness worldwide. Plus, take an exclusive tour of the company's headquarters Briteland, consistently named as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area.

About Eric Meyerson

Eric MeyersonEric is Global Director of Metro Marketing for Eventbrite, where he develops digital, social, and experiential marketing strategies for consumers and event organizers around the world. Prior to that, Eric was Head of Advertiser and Creator Marketing for YouTube, where he helped transform the perception of YouTube from dogs-on-skateboards to a vital marketing channel for brands of all sizes.  He has also been a marketer, a product manager, and a coder for Yahoo, Wells Fargo, and Accenture.  Eric holds an MBA from Haas at UC Berkeley where he currently guest lectures in graduate-level marketing. He also serves on the board of Headstrong Nation, a NPO that supports people with learning disabilities.
