Our facility uses Event Management System (EMS) for all of our classes, meetings, and special events. Internal UCLA Anderson staff, faculty and students must submit a request for a reservation to use any of our facility spaces. Once submitted, our scheduling team will respond to all requests within 2-3 working days of your request with a status update either in your "View My Requests" list in EMS or email.
A Special Note to UCLA Anderson Students Needing to Reserve Club Event Space:
All student club events - you must speak with your club liaison prior to submitting your club event room request. No exceptions. Please refer to the Guidebook on Student Clubs (located in your GoAnderson portal) for further information.
Please have the following information compiled prior to your request: your event name, start and end time, number of guests attending, A/V requirements, additional room set-up requirements and caterer name if applicable.
All UCLA Anderson Students, Staff and Faculty Only
Log into Event Management System (EMS) scheduling system. Select the "Make/View a Request" tab and select the type of request most suitable to your request (event/meeting room request, club room request, etc) and input all your event details. Everything with a red asterisk is a required field. EMS will show all the rooms that are available that meet your event criteria. Select the room(s) that you need then go to the "Details" tab and fill in the rest of your event data. When finished, click "Submit". You will receive an immediate email acknowledging your request.
The Scheduling & Events Office will respond to your request 2-3 working days with a status update, either through your "View My Requests" list in EMS or by email. Please note that rooms for non-academic use cannot be confirmed until after the second week of the current term.
The following fines may be applied to your account if you cancel your event during one of these timeframes:
Cancellations more than 30 days to event -- no cancellation fee will be assessed.
Cancellations 14 -- 29 days to event -- 50% of the fine schedule will be assessed to your account.
Cancellations less than 14 days to event -- 100% of the fine schedule will be assessed to your account.
Fine Schedule for Classrooms/Seminar Rooms/Atriums
1st offense in an academic year $200
2nd offense in an academic year $350
3rd offense or more $500 per occurrence
Fine Schedule for Executive Dining Room/Korn Hall/Alumni Plaza or other large space
1st offense in an academic year $400
2nd offense in an academic year $600
3rd offense or more $800 per occurrence
Rental clients who have signed agreements:
Cancellations more than 60 days to event -- no cancellation fee will be assessed.
Cancellations 30-59 days to event -- 50% of the grand total of your rental fee will be assessed to your account.
Cancellations less than 30 days to event -- 100% of the grand total rental fee will be assessed to your account -- no refunds.
