    Program Overview

UCLA Owners/Presidents Management Program (UCLA OMP) is a multi-modular global management program offered by the UCLA Anderson School of Management, one of the top global business schools. Built exclusively for business owners, entrepreneurs and next generation of family business enterprises, the program is designed to enable these leaders to evolve business models, craft strategies to counter disruptive threats, drive aggressive growth, and build resilient businesses or innovative new ventures. As traditional business models get transformed, disrupted or replaced due to innovation, digital technologies and increased business volatility and uncertainty, there is an urgent need to change the status quo. Today more opportunities (and consequently more unicorns) are getting created by those who are leading with flexibility and nimbleness, prepared to harness the power of new technologies and global networks, likes of those powered by UCLA Anderson.

Designed for experienced leaders, the program is highly interactive and immersive. With hands-on experiences, and the application-oriented curriculum, the program’s pedagogy ensures that the learning translates to real-world impact across sectors and industries. The 9-month learning journey – delivered in three classroom modules and three online modules – immerses you in a world-class transformative learning experience, which challenges you to get out of your comfort zone and apply what you have learned in real-time to make changes and see their impact on your business, strategy and results.

You will learn from world renowned UCLA Anderson faculty, while collaborating and building strong networks with your peers – business owners and entrepreneurial leaders from around the world – at the UCLA Anderson campus. You will engage with thought leaders and other owners/presidents to understand how they converted opportunities into real-world successes. And to help guide your ambitions, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the UCLA Venture Accelerator, which is home to several cutting-edge startup ideas, where UCLA alumni and students are turning dreams into reality.
