“My research interests lie on the frontier of strategy, international business, and corporate finance. My current work looks at two sides of firms' global strategies. On the one hand, I investigate how firms organize themselves in terms of ownership structures, and how such structures may be used strategically. On the other hand, I am interested in understanding how stakeholders (e.g. consumers, regulators, politicians) react to foreign firms, where such reactions come from, and how much they impact foreign companies."
