Finance Ph.D. Student
"Using quality Big Data, we can design better empirical measures to study when and how constraints on banks, regulation, implicit government guarantees and unconventional central banks' policies, create frictions that limit or render true arbitrages unprofitable. In turn, this helps clarify the mechanism for the occurrence and persistence of various asset-pricing puzzles we observe in certain markets."
