DEADLINE SUNDAY - Biographical Info and Directory Photo
The deadline to submit your information for your name placard (used in all classes), name badge (used for recruiting events), and the student directory for the Full-Time MBA Class of 2025 is this Sunday, June 11! Everyone in the Class of 2025 is required to submit information.
Please visit your Admit Checklist and complete items MBA-510: Student Directory, Name Badge, and Name Placard Verification Form and MBA-520: MBA Student Directory Photo Instructions by this Sunday!
Please note that t-shirts referred to on Form 510 will be unisex sizing. Please email student.affairs@anderson.ucla.edu if you've already submitted form 510 but now need to change your shirt size. FYI: unisex sizing tends to be a bit less boxy than men's but not as fitted as ladies' cuts, selecting a size up might be a good idea.
Reminder: Online Courses in Math and Excel
Your academic success is our number one priority, so we want to make sure you are fully ready for the challenge of business school. If it’s been a while since you’ve done much quantitative work, we encourage you to consider enrolling in either or both of our optional Math and Excel preparation courses.

Apply for Your BruinCard Photo
The BruinCard is the official UCLA identification card required for access to all student services including registration, libraries, recreation facilities, and UCLA athletic events.
To apply for your BruinCard, please visit bruincard.ucla.edu and select "Submit Photo" on the left-hand menu (requires MyUCLA Logon ID). Please submit your photo according to the BruinCard office's specifications. Note: this is a separate process from the directory photo you submitted to us (although the photo you use can be the same one).
