Jim Knickerbocker has an extensive career in executive coaching, organizational change consulting and training — in both executive management roles and as a consultant. His executive coaching assists leaders to successfully drive major organizational change. Through professional life coaching he helps clients to be more satisfied and effective in their work.
His most recent work has been as a social entrepreneur working with two innovative startup nonprofit organizations in the education sector. Before that he had a successful 15-year career at Hewlett-Packard, where he provided coaching and organizational development consulting to HP executives and ran a management consulting practice for HP customers. He was also an IT manager and project manager in the financial industry focused on large software development projects.
Knickerbocker graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in economics, holds an M.A. in management from John F. Kennedy University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University. His doctoral work focused on the use of experiential learning to help people adapt to change.
In addition, he is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West in San Francisco and a member of the American Psychological Association.
Terry Hildebrandt is an executive coach, organization development consultant, researcher, coaching supervisor, entrepreneur and author. He is the founder and CEO of Terry Hildebrandt and Associates LLC, an organization development and executive coaching consultancy.
Hildebrandt has over 20 years of coaching experience and 30 years of business experience. He has dedicated a large portion of his career to executive coaching and organization development. He is an expert in the principles of evidence-based coaching, which involves using the best existing theoretical and researched knowledge, in combination with his personal coaching skills and knowledge of the client, to develop and deliver an effective coaching engagement. He was formerly at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 22 years, serving in several positions.
He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation and holds many other coaching certifications.
Hildebrandt earned his Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from the Fielding Graduate University. He also holds an M.A. in organizational design and effectiveness and an M.A. in human development from Fielding, along with a B.S. in materials science from Rice University. He has also completed Fielding’s Certificate in Integral Studies and the Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching.
As an executive and team coach, Samantha Wasserman has been successfully building leadership capabilities within organizations, on teams and with their individual leaders for over 20 years. While her practice spans all industries, her particular focus is helping emerging managerial and leadership talent across a wide variety of industry sectors.
As a talent management consultant, Wasserman helps companies think through their future talent needs, and partners with her clients to create the necessary means to develop key talent to fill strategic managerial and leadership roles that take companies to the next level of growth.
Wasserman holds several coaching certifications and has devised her own Transitioning Executive Leaders (TEL) methodology to ready leaders for next-level executive roles. She is a Strategic Coaching Partner with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education, coaching leaders domestically and around the globe. Wasserman earned her master’s at the Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and completed a globally focused economics program at the Vienna University of Economics. Her bachelor’s degrees were received from the University of Arizona in economics and communication. Within the U.S., her client practice is concentrated in Silicon Valley and Biotech Bay (SanFrancisco Bay Area), Seattle, Chicago and Los Angeles.
Jessica McNicholas is a globally experienced executive coach with clients on every continent in organizations such as Disney, Ernst & Young, Fox, HSBC, L’Oreal, Shell and Warner Bros. Her coaching sweet spots build on her years of consulting experience in change and communications: creating and communicating vision; executive presence and impact; leading change; interpersonal and influencing skills; and improving stakeholder relationships.
An Anderson alumna, McNicholas co-created the executive coaching program for EMBA students in 2012 and since then has helped dozens of students to strengthen their executive presence and impact, hone interpersonal and influencing skills and drive change in their organizations.
Prior to setting up her own consulting practice, McNicholas worked with Towers Watson, Cresap, McCormick and Paget and New World Pictures in various roles.
McNicholas holds an MBA from Anderson and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and is a certified coach.
