10th Annual Consumer Search and Switching Costs Workshop
Friday, June 7 – Saturday, June 8, 2019
UCLA Anderson School of Management
In recent years, there has been a growing recognition that consumer search and switching costs play a crucial role in understanding market outcomes. Whether in physical or online market environments (or in combination of both), small search frictions may have important consequences. Join us as we discuss and assess the changes these costs bring to the market.
There is no registration fee for the workshop. To RSVP, please email Eleanor Garibay at firstname.lastname@example.org or click the button below.
Researchers interested in presenting at the 10th Annual Consumer Search and Switching Costs Workshop (June 7–8, 2019) should email their papers or abstracts to Elisabeth Honka by March 15, 2019. Preference will be given to complete papers.
