FEMBA and EMBA International Exchange

One-week exchanges conducive to working students' schedules provide opportunities to study at a top international partner institution while becoming immersed in the host country’s culture and academics.

Managed through the Center for Global Management, one-week exchanges conducive to working students' schedules are offered, typically over the summer, with international partner universities.

During the summer of 2017, around 55 students from the fully employed and executive MBA programs participated in one-week exchanges with nine partner schools, UCLA Anderson welcomed around 30 students during its August one-week elective block weeks. 2017 partner schools included:

    • SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy
    • ESADE Business School, ESADE Ramon Llull University, Madrid, Spain
    • Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa
    • HEC School of Management, Jouy-en-Josas, France
    • London Business School, England, United Kingdom
    • Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Australia
    • Recanati School, Tel Aviv University, Israel
    • Seoul National University (SNU), South Korea
    • Waseda Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University, Japan

The Center for Global Management hosts a welcome receptions in advance of the elective block week to provide an opportunity for the exchange students to learn more about Los Angeles, UCLA and UCLA Anderson, as well as network with their peers from other top international business schools and with students from UCLA Anderson.
