How modern businesses and talent thrive in a decentralized work-life world
Saujin Yi (’07), CEO & Founder, Liquid, Inc.
The Great Resignation of 2021, which saw employees across all industries leave their jobs in record numbers, is continuing into 2022. With increased worker power and mobility, resignations rates are at a record 3% and self-employed workers have risen by 500,000 since the beginning of the pandemic to over 9.4 million. As more workers move toward freelance set-ups, businesses that aren’t used to incorporating outside experts may find themselves left behind. This session will discuss how this decentralized work-life world actually works, why it is a win-win for all, and how to set yourself or your business up to take full advantage of the growing liquid workforce.
