Ceremony Details

 

Cap & Gowns

Your cap, gown and hood have been ordered and will be available in the Executive Dining Room on Commencement Day. Gowns and hoods must be returned immediately following the commencement ceremony to the Executive Dining Room. You may order announcements or a diploma frame in person at Graduation, Etc. on Level A at Ackerman, Mon-Fri, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or through their website

Diploma

UCLA diplomas for EMBA graduates will be available in January 2019. Diplomas are produced by the Registrar's Office. Information about obtaining your diploma will be sent to your e-mail address UCLA has on file approximately in December 2018.

Class Photo & Processional

Before the class photo, graduates are welcome to take pictures with family and guests.
After the class photo, graduates will line up at the Marion Anderson Courtyard.
Graduates will NOT be permitted to escort their guests to the guest seating area at Korn Convocation Hall following the class photo, but will remain at the Marion Anderson Courtyard for the processional line-up.

Guests of the Graduates

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid possible traffic congestion. Guests must be seated in Korn Convocation Hall no later than 3:45 p.m.

Photographs

A comprehensive range of photographic services will be available from the official photographers and videographer. For the comfort of other guests, we request that your guests only take pictures from the seating area and outer perimeter, they may not come into the student seating area or into the center aisle as it can be disruptive and discourteous to other members of the audience.
