What's Current January 2023

January 2023

Welcome to the January edition of our monthly newsletter, What’s Current. This month, we’re excited to tell you more about the 2022 John Wooden Leadership Fellows, who, along with 2022 John Wooden Global Leadership Award honoree Brian Cornell (B.A. ’81, CERT ’91), will be recognized at our annual celebration on February 1. These four UCLA Anderson students, selected for leadership values that echo Coach Wooden’s own team-building, work ethic and collaborative leadership style, are truly inspiring. In this edition, you’ll also find stories, podcasts and videos about recent Anderson events,
great new courses and research, and students and alumni working in entertainment, management consulting and more. As always, it’s a window into Anderson’s creative and highly collaborative culture and community. In February, we’re looking forward to marking Black History Month, as well as to many more terrific Anderson events, including our first annual Blockchain Forum.
