Practice yoga and meditation here at UCLA Anderson. We host yoga classes on campus and have outings to local yoga studios. We create events and promote discussions to support all of the various elements of well-being: mental, emotional, physical, and environmental.

Join us for a joint hike with the Outdoors Club in Santa Monica. We will have a yoga break during our hike.
We will have healthy snacks and a yoga break for those who are on campus during finals.
