Black-Scholes Surf Club (BSSC)

The Anderson Surf Club aims to build friendships outside the classroom among students and take advantage of Southern California’s iconic waves. SHAKA!

The club provides the opportunity to join students and alumni of UCLA Anderson from around the world in a unique surfing tradition unrivaled among top business schools.

Beginners and experienced surfers alike are welcome, and outings target a wide range of skill levels. For beginners, there are mellow waves that provide a great opportunity to learn the sport. Inexperienced members benefit from “101s” that cover basic fundamentals. For experienced surfers, the club charges some of Southern California’s most renowned waves at their heaviest. GNARLY!
