Hiring Options

There are many ways your firm can get involved with UCLA Anderson School of Management and its students.

Full Time Positions
Your firm has many options to hire Anderson students for full time positions upon graduation, including through our Parker Career Management Center’s Campus Interview Program. Most consulting interviews for full time positions occur early in the fall quarter (October to November), but recruiting also continues throughout the rest of the year (January to June). Our students are available for full time employment after their graduation in mid-June. Please visit our Parker Career Management Center or contact us to learn more about the hiring processes.

Summer Internship Positions
Your firm has many options to hire Anderson students for summer internships, including through our Parker Career Management Center’s Campus Interview Program. Most consulting interviews for summer positions occur in the winter quarter (January to March), but recruiting also continues throughout the rest of the year (April to June). Our students are available for summer employment from the middle of June through the end of September. Please visit our Parker Career Management Center or contact us to learn more about the hiring processes.

Academic Internships
An exciting way to tap into our talented student pool is through academic internships. In this program, students devote one day a week to specific projects from consulting firms. This allows our students to apply their education to a real project and gain a great amount of knowledge, while earning credits toward their graduation. This also allows our partner firms to receive cost effective (free) help on challenging projects from students who can make a real impact. The projects’ lengths are flexible, but most tend to be three to six month long commitments. Students submit applications for academic internships by the second week of each quarter. Please contact us for more information about bringing students in for academic internships.

Applied Management Research Program
Another creative way to get involved with UCLA Anderson School of Management’s MBA students is through the Applied Management Research Program, which is a field study capstone experience for the students. In this program, teams of three to five students work on specific projects defined by our partner firms. The project length is six months, taking place either October to March or January to June. Whether you have an important project that you do not have time to focus on, need to research industry trends, or have more client work than you can dedicate resources to, the Applied Management Research Program can help. Please go to the Applied Management Research Program site to learn more about the program and how to get involved, or contact us if you have any additional questions.
