Anita Idiculla - VP of Ally Relations
I'm Anita and I'm very excited to be VP of Allies for Out@Anderson. I love things like: karaoke, the Real World/Road Rules Challenge, and most things on the menu at McDonald's. I'd like to apologize on behalf of the straight community for our terrible dance moves....we'll keep working on it. Before Anderson I worked in entertainment, so I know a lot of things about TV shows and very little about finance. I hope you discover that Out@Anderson is a wonderful community to be a part of, regardless of your dancing ability.
Micha Lamed - VP of Finance
Growing up in the ‘90s in an Israeli kibbutz, in the closet and quite literally "the only gay in the village", I experienced the challenges of being unique firsthand. Coming out following my military service as a commander, and taking on a course on queer theories in university, I formed a solid political agenda and have since been actively involved with the LGBT movement's battle for equal rights. My strong feelings towards the LGBT cause have led me to volunteer with a gay youth organization in Israel. Before coming to Anderson I was working in entertainment and in the business division of a major university, but decided to move to California to focus on entertainment. To exemplify why Anderson is the perfect choice for an LGBT person, take a look at my Anderson Take a Stand presentation, titled Being Gay is an Advantage.

These employee led development groups continue to thrive in both organizations and help members of the community with career development and retention. In addition to serving as VP of Admissions Outreach on the board for Our@Anderson, Michael is President of the Anderson Student Association and an active member of the Entertainment Management Association.

After graduation he co-founded an internet marketing consultancy with two of his closest college friends. Setting up another company from scratch, he enjoyed helping both small local customers and big corporations such as Coke develop their web presence and attract new customers. In 2004. Uros joined the biggest LGBT portal in the Balkans, Gay-Serbia.com as a webadmin/developer/mrfixit and continues to actively provide his support to the LGBT cause. Besides out@Anderson, Uros serves as the VP of Student Affairs - International for Anderson's High-Tech BUsiness Association. In the unlikely case you need to find him, look at the closest McDonalds, fro-yo shop or WeHo.
