Congratulations Class of 2013!
The commencement ceremony for our UCLA-NUS Global Executive MBA Class of 2013 will take place on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
A reception for our graduates and their families and friends will take place at UCLA Anderson’s Marion Anderson Courtyard following the ceremony.
We will be broadcasting the 2013 GEMBA for Asia Pacific Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, August 24 in real-time. We will go live when the ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. (Link Coming Soon)

Parking & directions
Daily parking passes can be purchased at self-service Pay Stations in Parking Lot 4, the closest parking structure to UCLA Anderson. The parking rate is $11.00 per vehicle, per day. A valid permit for the day must be displayed, or you will be ticketed.
Please instruct guests to go directly to UCLA Anderson Alumni Plaza. Guests should not come to Executive Dining Room or Marion Anderson Courtyard until after the ceremony.
Guests must be seated at the Alumni Plaza by 5:45 p.m.
Guests who need proximity parking arrangements can contact the Office for Students with Disabilities at (310) 825–1501.
Robing
Please report to the Executive Dining Room promptly at 4:30 p.m. for cap & gown robing. Staff will assist students with caps, gown and hoods. Personal belonging may be stored in the locked dining room during the ceremony.
Gowns and hoods must be returned immediately following the commencement ceremony prior to reception to the Executive Dining Room. Students will be charges $450 for damaged or unreturned gown hood. Graduates may keep the tassel and cap.
Photographs
The class photograph will be taken at the UCLA Anderson School promptly at 5:30 p.m.
A photographer will be available in the UCLA Anderson Alumni Plaza during the ceremony and the Marion Anderson Courtyard during the reception.
Your guests are welcome to bring cameras and video cameras, but please caution your guests that they must remain at their seats throughout the ceremony. Guests may not come into the student seating area or into the center aisle during the ceremony. Only official photographers will be permitted in those areas.
Diploma
UCLA diplomas for GEMBA for Asia Pacific graduates will be available in January 2014. Please remember to keep your contact information updated in both UCLA Anderson Directory and URSA to ensure you will receive important information regarding your diploma from the Registrar’s Office.
