CATERING FOR RECRUITING EVENTS
Employer Briefings
Briefing sessions take place in designated classrooms at UCLA Anderson, Monday through Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Given the time of day and small window for set up, hot food is not recommended. We have found boxed lunches or sandwiches are appreciated by the students.
Corporate Presentations
Presentations (typically 90-minutes) are held in designated classrooms at UCLA Anderson, Monday through Wednesday, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. These typically include a formal presentation followed by an opportunity for questions and answers. These events are informal in nature, and often light refreshments are served in the classroom.
Corporate Receptions
Receptions are scheduled Monday through Wednesday evenings. These receptions typically follow Corporate Presentations and provide a forum for recruiters to meet interested candidates and for students to obtain more information about the company in a more relaxed setting. The receptions are usually held in one of the Anderson Atriums. The Parker Career Management Center will assist companies in making arrangements for on-campus receptions.
We have made special arrangements with our preferred caterers - Citron Catering, Stratos Catering and UCLA Catering - that will allow you to interact directly with them to place your orders and make payment transactions.
Each caterer's contact information, as well as their menu information, is listed below. Please contact one of these caterers as soon as possible to place your orders for your event.
