Sally, Director, MBA Career Counseling and Education, re-joined the Parker CMC  in October 2004, after having held a similar position at the USC Marshall School of Business for six years. Prior to Marshall, she was a counselor at the Parker CMC for over seven years. She is currently on the Executive Board for the MBA Career Services Council and a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Before UCLA Anderson, she was at the Los Angeles Times newspaper, where she was a member of the Executive Steering Committee and a Group Facilitator for over thirteen cross-functional problem-solving teams. Simultaneously, she was an Adjunct Professor teaching group process in a Master’s program at Azusa Pacific University. Sally started her career as an Escrow Officer and then immediately moved into sales and marketing for Continental Airlines. Sally’s undergraduate degree was from UCLA, she has an MA in Human Resource Development from Azusa Pacific University and is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.

BevanJennifer Chow Bevan

Jennifer joined the Parker CMC in September 2008 and coaches students on the development and implementation of their career management strategies and personal marketing plans. In addition to coaching, she partners with the Recruiting team on corporate outreach to develop strategic recruiting relationships with prospective employers. Jennifer brings over a decade of business experience in various industries. Upon earning her MBA from The Wharton School in 2001, Jennifer joined Bain & Company as a Consultant in the San Francisco office where she served Fortune 500 companies on a variety of strategic business issues. After Bain, she transitioned to brand management at Neutrogena Corporation where she was an Associate Product Director responsible for new product development and marketing strategy for numerous brands within the Cosmetics and Anti-Aging Skincare businesses. Most recently, Jennifer brought her MBA perspective to City Hall as a marketing and development consultant to Mayor Villaraigosa’s public school reform effort, The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Prior to earning her MBA, Jennifer began her career in New York City as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co., and a management consultant at A.T. Kearney.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T, and an MBA from the Wharton School. She is also a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.

Jessica ChristopherJessica Christopher
Associate Director and Career Counselor

Jessica has worked in the Parker CMC since 2001 and has successfully counseled students, assisting with the entire career search process from self-assessment to implementation. In addition, she manages the ACT Coach Program and Anderson Career Teams (ACT), organizes the career portion of Orientation and works closely with UCLA Anderson student clubs, as well as companies looking to hire MBA students. Before joining the Parker CMC, Jessica was a recruiter for BrainTrust, a small niche staffing firm. Here she helped build the Los Angeles office reading countless resumes/cover letters, interviewing candidates, meeting with a variety of companies and working closely with both clients and job seekers throughout the entire placement process. In addition to recruiting, Jessica has also worked full-time for a small advertising agency, Cass Communications and spent her summers while an undergraduate interning for a number of sports and entertainment companies, including the Oakland A's, IMG and Prime Sports (now Fox Sports Net). Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Education from the Counseling in Student Affairs program here at UCLA.  She is also a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.

CooleyDavid Cooley

David joined the Parker CMC in August 2006. As a career counselor, he coaches and advises full-time MBA students on a wide range of career management and career development matters. In addition to his role as a counselor, he is working to enhance corporate and recruiter relationships with potential employers of UCLA Anderson MBAs.  Prior to joining Parker CMC, David was a career coach and corporate trainer for Drake Beam Morin (DBM), one of the world’s largest executive outplacement companies. Founder of Careers With Impact!, a private executive and career coaching practice, he has coached clients from such organizations as Sun Microsystems, The Walt Disney Company, E! Entertainment, AT&T, Gilead Sciences, as well as a large number of MBA students from other top universities and business schools including Harvard University, USC’s Marshall School of Business and Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management . He has also coached a large number of C-level executives at a number of top companies throughout the U.S.  David’s prior career experience includes positions in corporate communications and public relations at Vivendi Universal, Sony Pictures Entertainment and the City of Los Angeles. He received a BFA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, is certified in Individual and Organizational Coaching from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, and is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Executive Program in Management.

DurrantAmanda Durrant
Executive-in-Residence, Career Counseling

Amanda has over 20 years experience with BP, a major multi-national oil and gas company.   Amanda has been responsible for overseeing the delivery of key business/commercial processes in countries throughout the world including Azerbaijan, Egypt, Russia, and the United Kingdom.   As Vice-President of Commercial in Azerbaijan and Egypt her role also included management of Finance and Control, IT, Facilities and Services.  During this time she participated in major negotiations with the State Oil Companies to access new business opportunities and also conclude a number of Acquisitions & Divestments.  Amanda joined the Parker CMC in winter 2007 as an Executive in Residence.  She continues to complement our existing career counselor program by providing a different perspective of what it takes to be successful once you are in the workplace. Amanda is a graduate of Aberdeen University, Scotland.

EineyLimor Einey
International Student Career Advisor

Limor joined the Parker CMC in fall of 2007 as the International Student Career Advisor. In this role, she expands and develops career services for the international students. Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Limor was a consultant for 3 years at Hever Human-Capital, one of the top executive search firms in Israel, where she managed the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening, interviewing, evaluating, and advising candidates as they made career decisions. She filled positions in various industries and levels. In addition, she managed direct relationships with hiring managers and dealt with all issues related to their recruiting needs. Limor holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

HanPhil Han
Director, Recruiting Operations and Career Counselor

Phil joined UCLA Anderson in August 2004 as a Career Counselor. In late 2007, Phil transitioned into his role as the Director of Recruiting Operations, supervising the Parker CMC’s Recruiting Team and overseeing on-campus recruiting operations, data and technology management, and office logistics. He also manages and develops several employer accounts to facilitate their campus recruiting activities and strengthen the connections to UCLA Anderson students. In addition, he has continued to his role as a Career Counselor advising students aligned with Technology and Healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining the Parker CMC, Phil was a Career Advisor at Claremont Graduate University, where he worked with graduate students in various fields, including business, organizational psychology, and economics. He began his work in career services as an intern while pursuing his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business. He also has 4 years of experience as a middle and high school science teacher in New York City.

Phil has a BS in biology and psychology from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), an MA in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.

RegazziRegina Regazzi
Executive Director, Corporate Relations

Regina joined Parker CMC in October of 2010. Prior to joining, Regina founded and ran Artume LLC, an executive recruiting and career consulting firm. Her executive recruiting career began at Spencer Stuart, a major international firm and continued at PrinceGoldsmith, a New York-based boutique firm. In both places, she concentrated on financial services recruiting, focusing on asset management. Prior to executive recruiting, Regina worked in originations for Bank of America's Leasing and Capital Group. Early in her career, Regina worked for Greenwich Associates, a financial services market research and consulting firm, known for its benchmarking studies. Throughout her career, she has been providing career guidance to a range of people from recent college graduates to high-level executives.

Regina graduated from UCLA Anderson in 1997 and just finished her term as president of UCLA Anderson's alumni board of directors. She has been involved in UCLA Anderson alumni activities since graduating, including as president of the Bay Area chapter, alumni board chair of chapter presidents, and she has also worked with admissions and development. She received the Outstanding Alumni Service Award in 2005 and was chosen as one of the 100 Inspirations as part of the school's 75th anniversary celebration. Regina received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University.

TaylorEmily Taylor
Associate Director, Career Education

Emily joined the Parker CMC in May 2011. Previously, she was the Vice President of Talent at Revolution Prep, the largest classroom based SAT test prep provider in the country. As VP, she oversaw Human Resources, Recruiting, Training & Development, Internal Communications and Company Culture. Previously, as the National Director of Training & Instruction, she served as the product manager for the core product and ran the Entrepreneurial Management Program.

As a member of the UCLA Anderson Class of 2008, Emily was the Lead Fellow for Management Development for Entrepreneurship, the MBA Orientation Director, and a strategic consultant for the Johnson & Johnson Management Fellows Program. Before business school, Emily was an Assistant Professor of Sociology, and the founder of Taylor Academic Consulting, which provided college counseling, test prep, and subject tutoring in the Sacramento area.

Emily was awarded a BA in Psychology and an MA in Sociology from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.

WeilerRob Weiler

Rob joined the Parker CMC in September of 2007 as an Executive in Residence.  Rob has over 16 years experience in various finance functions since graduating with an MBA from UCLA Anderson in 1991. He began his post-Anderson career in sales and trading with Goldman Sachs, worked in Private Banking at Union Bank of Switzerland and, most recently, led a team in the Private Client Services Group at Trust Company of the West.  Rob has been responsible for building, servicing and retaining relationships with high net worth individuals, foundations, endowments and fund-of-funds, while developing expertise in asset allocation, equities, fixed income and alternative investments.

Rob graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and from UCLA Anderson with a concentration in finance.
