IOM and UCLA Health Literacy Workshop on November 30, 2010
The Institute of Medicine (IOM) Roundtable on Health Literacy and the J&J Health Care Institute at the UCLA Anderson School of Management sponsored a workshop titled "Understanding What Works in Improving Health Literacy" on November 30, 2010 in Los Angeles, Calif. The workshop will cover the clinical impact of health literacy improvements, economic outcomes of health literacy implementations, and how stakeholders can affect health literacy.
