Companies can post full-time, part-time, summer positions, and paid or unpaid internships on UCLA Anderson’s The Riordan Programs Intranet site. These postings are accessible by Riordan Program participants and alumni only. Posted openings range from entry-level positions to senior management positions geared toward alumni. Open positions can be posted at any time of the year and are typically listed for at least 28 days. Candidates review listings and contact the firms directly. Companies select a deadline for receiving resumes, and they are responsible for following up with and interviewing candidates.
