A signature feature of The Riordan Programs is the mentoring component. For nearly 28 years, UCLA Anderson MBA students have served as mentors to Riordan Programs participants. The program connects accomplished MBA students with diverse and talented students who would be the first in their family to attend or graduate from college. The cross-cultural element creates meaningful learning experiences, not only for the Riordan Programs participants but also for the mentors. For both parties, the relationship provides a life changing experience. Nearly 3,000 UCLA Anderson students have served as mentors or volunteers.
