The Riordan Programs Alumni Association was established in 1998 to extend continuing benefits to those who have completed the year-long Fellows experience. Since inception, the Association has strived to support the professional, personal, and educational development of its members.
Diversity MBA Admissions Conference (DMAC)

The RPAA hosts the LADM annually as one of its signature events. This premier networking event is for young professionals in various stages of their career to meet and connect with one another and recruiters from top Fortune 500 companies. Read more »
Saturday Business Academy (SBA)
The SBA program is organized and run by the RPAA with support from Riordan Programs. SBA allows volunteer mentors to help guide high school students in the college preparation process, including completing applications, resume and interview skills, and more. Read more »

The Diversity Movers and Shakers Mixer is the newest addition to our programming! Meet the Riordan Programs Alumni, the Riordan Programs Fellows and the Saturday Business Academy Mentors for a night of networking and fun, and enjoy our one-of-a-kind Speed Networking Hour to establish new business connections, find new opportunities, and hone your networking skills. Learn from industry leaders and meet up-and-coming professionals from across Southern California.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Saturday Business Academy, a monthly enrichment program designed to prepare over 100 underserved Los Angeles High School students each year with the skills and academic guidance to pursue higher education and become future business leaders.
