Management Development for Entrepreneurs (MDE) is an executive training program for entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least three years and want to develop their management skills. MDE was created in 1990 by Dr. Alfred Osborne. A distinctive feature of the MDE is the Business Improvement Project (BIP), a detailed strategic plan on which the entrepreneurs work with current UCLA Anderson students.
